TERMS & CONDITIONS 

By signing the booking form, the client agrees to be bound by our Terms and Conditions. 
 
Deposit/Payment 
To secure your date, a deposit of 25% of the total price deposit is required within 2 days of the booking form being signed. In the event of a cancellation this is not refundable or transferable. Final payment has to be made 2 weeks prior the date of the event. Once final payment is made this is non-refundable. 
 
Cancellation 
If a confirmed event is cancelled for any reason within the ten working days prior to the event, the cancellation fee is the total amount specified on booking form. 
If a confirmed event is cancelled for any reason within twenty working days prior to the event, the cancellation fee is 50% of the amount specified on booking form. 
 
Service 
We aim to be at each event 6 hours before serving to cook your roast. It is client responsibility to provide 13amp power supply. Please note that hog roast machine is heavy and 90 cm wide - it cannot be transported up or down stairs and does not fit through most doors - alternative entry may be required. We will remain at event a maximum of 2 hours after the agreed serving time (unless otherwise discussed). Once everyone is served we will tidy up, pack up and quietly go. 
We are happy to leave any food remaining for the client to enjoy later. 
 
Safety 
Clients and guests must accept responsibility for their own safety during event. We use equipment with open flames (oven, grill) which is very hot - a safe distance needs to be kept at all times. It is the clients responsibility to ensure food is safe to consume after we have left. 
 
Force Majeure 
We cannot accept to pay compensation where contractual obligations are affected by circumstances amounting to “Force Majeure.” Such events may include but are not limited to war or threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial action, natural or nuclear activity, road traffic accidents, wet or windy weather conditions, fire and similar events outside our control. 
 
Food allergies 
Please inform us of any allergen or dietary requirements when booking your event. We have completed Food Allergy Training provided by Food Standard Agency.
